Where There Is No Vision….
I have been thinking a lot about VISION lately. PRAYING a lot about vision really.
I am not a natural born Dreamer! I spent most of my life NOT visualizing dreams, for fear of falling short. Not reaching them. Giving up….
Sounds sad, doesn’t’ it? It IS sad now that I know the truth.
We were CREATED to dream. To set goals. To seek God’s help in reaching the ones HE set out for us to achieve.
And coaching is that “THING” for me. I used to be shy about saying that, because I was scare of what people would think about this multi level marketing gig and me viewing it as a CALLING!

I used to roll my eyes at people doing things like this. I thought it was silly to think you could pair up faith and business.
But now God is laughing at me and saying “Told ya so!”
When I started this journey three years ago, I was honestly just wanting to get some people turned onto what worked for my in my fitness and hopefully earn a few bucks to pay for my Shakeology.

But as month after month went by, I was only doing the very simple behaviors of a coach, and I was seeing success. I was giving up night time TV shows, because I was FAR more motivated by the message from the new mom who was STRUGGLING to regain her self confidence. Or from the challenger who was seeing results in our challenge group and was EXCITED about it!
And today, almost THREE years later {how in the world did THAT happen!}, I am dreaming bigger and creating a VISION for my mission as a coach and for my team!

We are already HALFWAY through 2017, and my team is ROCKING it out! Our annual Coach Summit is in less than two weeks. And there are going to be TEN of us there together! Learning, growing, having fun, fellowshipping, and praying over our businesses.
This momma has got BIG goals for this year!

In 2016, we achieved a pretty big goal of being a 2 Star Diamond and becoming a Premier team. That simply means that we are helping more and more people, and ladies are growing their business to the point that they are seeing residual income. Pretty exciting right?
And for 2017, we have a vision of becoming an ELITE team within the organization. And the only way to do that is to MAKE AN IMPACT in the lives of those around us.
Think you don’t have what it takes? Neither did I.
Think you could never post selfies and pics of your food? Neither did I. {Like I said, I was a total eye-roller 😉 }
Think you don’t have what it takes to lead and help your own team? Neither did I!
But I look back now and see that God was leading me, helping me overcome obstacles and doubts and pointing me on the path to WHERE I AM TODAY!
