I’m so glad you asked!!!


I post and invite about challenge groups a LOT!  Why??? Because they changed my LIFE when I joined my first one two years ago!


They’re what I consider to the one, two, PUNCH for getting healthy and STAYING there!!! So, I wanted to share exactly what it’s all about for those of you who don’t know!

Challenge groups are a SAFE place when you’re fighting to get healthy. *
An EMPOWERING place filled with support, prayer, scripture and COMMUNITY!

In my groups, we are ALL on the same journey. Filled with the same struggles and road blocks. *
Zero Judgement zone completely! No matter your age, your size, your background. We are doing this TOGETHER through a closed Facebook group where only WE can post and see. *
It’s also a place where you will be CHALLENGED! To push harder in your workouts. To SHOW up. To create a meal plan and stick with it even when things get tough! Because they will! To get back on track when you get knocked down. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

#2 We Work Out!



In a challenge group, we WORK OUT!!!!
Not because it’s going to magically make our hips shrink or because it’s the SINGLE thing that is going to transform our bodies. 
.
But because it is PART of the equation.
.
Because even a quick 20 or 30 minute sweat session in the morning does LOADS for our moods, our hormones, our our cholesterol and blood pressure.
.
Because a workout can make the difference in our mind set and whether or not we choose that shake or the donut for breakfast.
.
As a coach, I help my challengers find a workout that works for THEM!
One that fits into their life and is something they will ENJOY (yes, you can enjoy a workout 😜) and STICK with.
.
I share these programs because they have WORKED for ME and so many others. They have enabled me to get a great workout without having to leave my home to go to the gym.
.
I have learned the importance of incorporating weights into my routine and what they do for my body and metabolism.
.
You CAN get a good workout in at home. I’m living walking proof! I’ve never been in better shape in my life!

#3 WE DRINK SHAKEOLOGY!!!

We drink shakeology in our challenge groups! Part of the challenge is to replace ONE meal a day with this superfood shake 
.
I’ll admit, I was incredibly skeptical of this product for MONTHS before I tried it. I went to the health food store, got online, and tried ANYTHING else.
I thought there was too much hype surrounding it…..but I was wrong.
.
This stuff has CHANGED my health!!!
✅ Lower cholesterol
✅ Fewer PMDD symptoms
✅ More regularity
✅ fast and EASY meal for this busy momma
.
And honestly, my challengers do SO much better and stick with their goals easier when they incorporate it as well!

It is NOT a Weight loss shake. I’ve been drinking it for two years and I’m not continuously losing…I can assure you!

If you cut calories and are aiming to lose weight it can certainly help by curbing sugar craving naturally.

It is NOT just a protein shake. It has a good dose of protein at 17 grams, yes but it’s a MEAL REPLACEMENT.
.
I budget for it in my weekly grocery budget. I haven’t actually added extra to what im eating. I replaced my breakfast with it.
.
It is quite honestly just a SIMPLE way to add a crazy does of nutrients, pre and probiotics and vitamins to my day.
I have more energy and my yearly bloodwork doesn’t lie.

So yes, we drink Shakeokogy in our challenge groups and I am gonna share some EXCITING RESULTS my challengers are having because of it!

#4 We Check In!****

One of the MAIN purposes of a challenge groups is ACCOUNTABILITY!
.
I started and stopped workouts and “diets” so many times over my Lahore life. And what I was missing personally was accountability!
.
So to provide that for my challengers, we are each required to check in at the end of each day.
.
On a scale of 1-5, we rate our
✅ Food – did we follow our meal plan?
✅ Water intake
✅ Workout – extra reps? Heavier weights?
✅ Shakeology – what flavor that day
.
This isn’t to judge each other or to make someone feel bad if they had a bad day.
.
It’s to provide support, encouragement and often times PRAYER through the struggles and PRAISES in the successes.
.
This is my FAVORITE part of our groups.
.
It’s a safe place to come and share our journey. The good and the bad!
.
And can I just tell you? That many challenge groups could run themselves! Three guys are so supportive snd encouraging to their fellow challengers. It’s such a positive and uplifting experience to be a part of!



#5 We Meal Plan




There is nothing MORE frustrating that starting something and not being able to see it through.  While I cannot promise that if you join my challenge group you will stick with it – that is entirely up to you.  I can promise that I will do everything I can to equip you with the tools to be successful.

And for me personally, meal planning and prepping have really been tools that I learned to use to stay on track!

Just simply having a plan written down on paper or on your computer can impact your decisions through the week. Taking the time to prep your meals and snacks and having them on hand will keep you from running through a drive thru or grabbing the bag of Oreos in a moment of weakness. 

I post my meal plan on my fridge for myself but also for Matt to have a guide.  

And I help my challengers to do the same!  Every week, we take our meal planning guides from our workout program and put together a plan that works for each of us individually.  My family eats what I eat, so I try to plan according to their tastes.  As you can see, there are no secret drinks, foods, etc.  Just all natural, God created foods.  Paired with Shakeology – which is also all natural – and we eat a LOT!!!! No skimping or cutting out food groups for this family!

What is a Challenge Group???

I have been talking a lot about Challenge Groups lately, which has many people asking me “What is a Challenge Group?” Well, I’m going to tell you here.

Challenge Groups really changed my personal fitness.  I have pretty much always been a gym member.  I would get up most days, go to a gym and get my 30-40 minutes in on the elliptical.  I have never been very overweight, and this more or less helped me maintain my weight.  However, in the last year, that stopped working!  I was dieting, exercising, and doing things I thought would help me shed the 7-8 lbs I had suddenly gained, but NOTHING worked!  Then I discovered the 21 Day Fix by Beachbody and thought it was worth a shot.  It came with a meal plan and a daily workout. I ordered it, was about to start and then found out there were other people doing the same program who were part of a challenge group.  I joined and have not looked back!

I lost my extra weight, I am healthier because I have stuck with a clean eating meal plan, and I am much more confident about how I look! The challenge group was really that final factor that has helped me achieve my goals and keep me on track!  SO, WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?

  • Daily Motivation to get you started and keep you going!
  • Daily support from your coach…that would be me
  • Accountability – challengers check in daily to discuss how their exercise went, if they stuck to their meal plan, what they struggled with, etc.
  • Group Support – Other challengers are going through the exact same struggles as you are.  Their struggles and accomplishments help motivate you to keep going and NOT GIVE UP!
  • Meal Planning – As your coach, I will provide you with the best tools to help you plan, shop and implement clean eating in your life.  It seems daunting, but it’s really not once you get started.  
  • Lose Weight – Most people who join a group want to lose at least a little bit of weight.  Some people want to lose a lot.  But that is not always the only motivation.  Whatever your goals – weight loss, strength training, getting healthy – people join for all of these reasons.  Fitness will not happen overnight.  It takes determination, WORK, and support.
  • Fun – the challenge groups are fun, and you meet people just like you who are struggling to reach their goals.  It is rewarding to lift these people up and encourage them while you are receiving encouragement too.

Getting healthy is not easy.  I am not promising a get fit fast scheme.  Like I said before, it takes a lot of work and sometimes requires starting over if you have gotten off track.  That’s what I want to help you do.  Get you started, keep you motivated, and help you reach those goals!
