Week 3 Elimination Program Recap
Let me just say first of all, I enjoyed my Thanksgiving food!
I had my favorites! Pecan Pie {sinfully good} , turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce, and even a little of my mom’s famous strawberry pie!
I ate more than I planned, but I was ok with that. I’ve found such freedom in my issues with food through this journey that I have been blown away this week!
And these pics don’t reflect a huge change in the last week, but for that I’m grateful! My goal was to maintain and not go overboard!
