When?  I run this group once a month so there is always time to jump in. You can start watching the videos right away and read the meal plan to get ready. Even interact with other members posts or make your own posts.  Please remain in the group for as many challenges as you like.  You may even invite your friends, just forward this link!

What is the 5 Day Clean Eating Challenge? It is a simple and healthy meal plan that will focus on making healthy choices and eliminating foods from your diet that contain artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.  The goal is to eat natural foods full of vitamins and nutrients, and drink plenty of water. You wont have to count any calories or buy any special foods.  This is all about eating regular food in the right portion sizes.  We will calculate the right number of portions of each food group for you to eat throughout the day and give you ideas for healthy meals.   You will be given a challenge guide to assist you in grocery shopping and meal planning.  This does require some grocery shopping and a little bit of food preparation, but in truth this will be one of the easiest programs you’ve ever tried.  This program has worked for so many people who have permanently changed their eating habits.
The 5 Day Challenge requires you to:
  • Follow my easy challenge guide and select 3 meals and 2-3 snacks a day
  • Drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day
  • Complete an optional fitness activity each day too if you are up for it, or just focus on clean eating!
  • Post daily in our private Facebook group about how your day is going, take pics of your meals to hold yourself accountable and show off what you are eating.  This is a very important part of the challenge as everyone in the group can get ideas and learn more about healthy food and exercise activities. You will make some new online friends this way and get a ton of support. You will not feel alone!
This month’s focus is on Simple Suppers and creating weekly meals for your family without the stress and extra steps!  Pull out your crockpot or Instapot and let’s get started!
