PMDD Update and Resources
Last month, my cycle was a little different. It has been amazingly symptom free for quite a few months now, since I have been sticking to my clean eating and workout plan, but I had more symptoms last night. They were still mild in relation to previous ones, but it surprised me.
When I looked back at what I had eaten that month, I realized I had definitely snuck in more salt, a few Diet Cokes and some fattier foods. It still surprises me that what I put into my body can affect this so easily!.

I know this is a sensitive subject for many, and you may have never considered that PMDD could be affecting you. I was so glad to find out that it was an actual diagnosis and find treatment for it! Birth control worked for me for years, but there were so many negative side effects. I am off of it now and just focusing on working out regularly and following a clean eating lifestyle. It is working so far!!
