Phase 1 Results!
“๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฒ๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฝ. ๐๐ ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ฝ.” My Trainer this morning๐ ๐ข๐ฎ ๐ข๐ฏ ๐ฐ๐ง๐ง๐ช๐ค๐ช๐ข๐ญ ๐จ๐ณ๐ข๐ฅ๐ถ๐ข๐ต๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ด๐ฆ 1 & ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ท๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ต๐ฐ ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ด๐ฆ 2 ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ฎ๐บ 9 ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ฐ๐จ๐ณ๐ข๐ฎ!
- I worked out 20-30 minutes 5 days a week.
- I followed a simple portion plan eating REAL food.
- I enjoyed a treat or two here & there.
- I gave up or limited some foods that weren’t bringing me life (mainly sugar).
- I drink a vitamin packed shake errrry day that tastes like that old Wendy’s Frosty I used to devour everyday!
And what you see here is PROGRESS… never perfection. My journey is NOT without it’s struggles & setbacks. I’m no different than you. For me, Struggles are a reminder I can’t do it without God. And wins are a moment to ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐ข ๐๐ก๐ก ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ค๐ง๐ฎ…. so that’s what I’m doing here!
CELEBRATING being back in CONTROL of my body, daily offering it up to God, and pushing through the HARD & the setbacks!

Oh! the many times I gave up before realizing temporary set backs were part of the process! And that FREEDOM was right across the other side of buckling in and STAYING STRONG! If you find yourself in that vicious cycle of self-defeat, there is HOPE….
