How To Take Back Your Health in April!

SO much coming up in the week ahead!  And I know that without a PLAN, I will surely FAIL!!! That knowledge comes from years of trying to wing it in my health.

So, today!  I sat down, mapped out what is coming up next week, and wrote out a plan for my nutrition.

A couple of thing first…

I have been slacking!  I know! That shouldn’t be the case, given that I coach others in their health and fitness, but I’m human. My nutrition has been slightly off.  We had Henry’s birthday party this weekend, and I NEED a reset!

So, I am busting out the 3 Day Refresh this week to regain control, cut out the junk food cravings and to get my stomach back to normal.

I’ll be 100% honest….I DO NOT love doing the 3 Day Refresh.  It’s totally doable, and I get to eat REAL food, but it is such a mind game for me. But again, that is one reason I’m breaking it out. I have to give control up to God to help me do this physically and mentally.  And I’ve had GREAT success in the past with a refresh.

Team Retreat

I am SO excited about our team retreat that has completely snuck up on me this past month!  This weekend is ALL about my team!  Team Take Heart coaches who are crushing their goals and making BIG things happen!  I’ll share more on that later, but my plan is to our into these ladies!  

We are going to have FUN! Workout, build our business, eat and fellowship together.  Being a part of this team has changed me, and I’m so excited to see what God has in store for this weekend.  We have a super fun theme that is scriptural focused, and I believe we are all going to walk away stronger and blessed!

And now to some REALLY exciting news!  So I am sure you have heard me talk about All Access.

God has revealed so many things to me through my health. He has given me confidence in what I’m doing with my body. Confidence in how I’m leading my family to make health choices. Confidence in encouraging 
other women to care for themselvs.

It’s an ongoing progress. Filled with lots of successes and lots of bumps in the road. But I’m a huge believer that Failure only comes when you quit! So, I’m asking you to join me this month in TAKING BACK YOUR HEALTH!

You choose a workout program that meets your needs  and ability level and I will match you up with a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle!

I personally know there is nothing more difficult than trying to do this on your own. And it wasn’t until I submitted it to God and got some support that change happened. 

I became such a believer in the process, that I said yes to coaching so I could help other women learn what I have learned!

We will focus on
1. 80/20 rule of nutrition – clean eats 80% of the time with a cheat meal once a week.
2. Portion control – you would be amazed at HOW MUCH food you can eat when you’r eeating the proper portions of each food group.
3. Fitness – workout from home 30 minutes/day.
4. Superfoods – replace one meal a day with Shakeology as an easy and fast nutritional boost.
5. FAITH – the most important part of any journey! Daily devotions and prayer to learn, motivate and push past chains that hold us back. The FOUNDATION of Hope and CONFIDENCE is Christ!
6. Accountability – daily checkins and support to keep you focused and evaluating and moving forward.
