If you had asked me 10 years ago what most women in their 40s wanted, I would’ve said to be skinny. But today? The women I coach aren’t chasing a number on the scale—they’re chasing strength, energy, confidence, and freedom.
They’re learning to listen to their bodies, honor their hormones, and live fully in this God-given season of life.

✨ From Tired to Thriving: Real Client Wins
✨Kate is a friend from high school with two teenage children! She came to me weary from the diet cycle and EAGER for something that would WORK long term and not tax her body! She said,
“I started Faster Way after a whole year of eating whatever I wanted and not much exercise, trying to cover up some terrible pain after a family tragedy.
I began in January and was determined to stick with it for 6 weeks- give it all I had with tracking macros and exercise. I was very happily surprised that is is way easier than I anticipated! I learned so much from Rachel about what foods did what for macros and got back to eating whole foods. I also ate so much I couldn’t believe I was losing inches. I could tell a change by week 3 and kept going. I’ve done this for 3 months- taking a week off only because the trip I was on had no WiFi. I’ve traveled to other places and easily done the workout routine with bands. And it is SO easy to stick to tracking macros while on vacation. And it has helped with my sleep and hormones!! I do not see myself getting off of this any time soon!”
