Gosh! I lived for TOO MANY years believing the lie that LESS is MORE in my nutrition intake!

๐——๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐Ÿญ- I was eating around 1,500 calories a day (which is more than most of you ladies are getting) and working out 30 minutes a day

๐—ง๐—ข๐——๐—”๐—ฌ- eating 1,800-2,100 calories a day and lifting weights with one or two days of cardio!

When I first started eating this way, I won’t lie. I had some anxiety! It wasn’t easy to keep eating more and understand the process, but I CHOSE to trust it. The first four weeks I ate close to 2,100 calories and a day and didn’t gain a SINGLE pound! I was FLOORED! As you can see, I’m losing inches, gaining muscle, and I know I’ve lost. few pounds, but not sure how many. That’s not really my main focus right now.

I want to EAT to FEEL GOOD and know I’m fueling my body with ENOUGH calories and nutrient dense macros to maintain a STRONG body and HEALTHY metabolism! And it’s WORKING! My body is using the extra calories for muscle growth and ENERGY! I haven’t binged ONCE the entire time I’ve eaten this way!
