Core de Force Week 4!
So I shared honestly last week that I had gotten a little off track. And to be even more truthful, this past week wasn’t 100% like I would normally give to a program. I am so NOT making excuses, because I know that I CAN do hard things, but I have chosen to relax my standards I normally set for myself and just focus more on being in the Christmas spirit.

Now, before you run out and grab a sleeve of cookie dough and eat it all, that does NOT mean that I am throwing everything to the wind.
I am STILL following the 80/20 rule. 80% clean eating and 20% not-so-clean cheat-type food. I am STILL meal planning, prepping a lot of food and making sure my family and I get the nutrition we need.

Thank goodness for Shakeology. Seriously. That stuff has kept my energy up and my cravings manages. And we ALL drink it at our house. I truly believe it has kept us free from all the sickness going around too! Knock on wood…but we haven’t caught all the junk that EVERYONE seems to have lately. And for that I am grateful! And because of that, we will continue to drink our Shakeology and eat our clean foods! Food is medicine, and I believe that more and more!
So, here I am at Week 4 of Core de Force, and I probably don’t have the results I could have, but I’m totally ok with that. I am still seeing great results from this program! Mostly in my Core area. It is strong, and the workouts are helping me with this without doing a ton of situps! Have I mentioned I hate situps???
And my meal plan for this week is complete, and I’m on track as of today ;).
My body functions so much better when I eat whole foods – foods that have not been processed, added to or depleted by overproduction.

And I love tons of flavor in my food, so I’m not depriving myself in any way or just eating chicken and broccoli.
Here is what’s on my plan for this week.
As I round out this program, and I so thankful I went for it. I was so skeptical about whether or not I would enjoy it, but it has been a welcome surprise and a jumpstart I needed to get me motivated. I love a challenge!
