Core de Force, Week 3….Calling Do Overs
So last week didn’t go exactly as planned. After Thanksgiving week, my body was completely off track, and my cravings were killer! To top that off, my period started this weekend, so that compounded everything and I just did not stay on track!
So, I’m calling Do Overs on Week 3! I’m totally going to repeat it. Pray over it, and get BACK on track. I’m completing my meal plan today, along with the workouts below, prepping and planning for a great week!
But my workouts…MAN! These, workouts are awesome! I still cannot believe that I was so hesitant to commit to this program. I was so fearful it would be boring or would not challenge me enough.
I could not have been MORE wrong! They are fun, challenging and make me feel just downright BAD!!!!
My core is definitely feeling it. The rest of my body as well. The moves are pretty low impact also, which was something I was afraid of. I don’t like high impact or lots of twisting, because my knees don’t like it. These moves are controllable and the more I do them the stronger I feel in each move.

The biggest challenge/change for me has been pushing past that magic 30 minute mark that I had in my mind. The amount of time I previously allowed myself to give myself each day and while yes, sometimes the 47 minutes looks daunting when you hit play – I don’t ever see myself looking at the clock again. They go by pretty quickly, and it’s worth the extra minutes.
