Chocolate Protein Waffles Recipe (A KEEPER)

I’ve been working hard to hit my protein goals with this HEAVY lifting program I’m doing, and these just HIT THE SPOT! A perfect balance of protein and carbs to fuel my muscles, and I’m never mad about eating waffles!
Ingredients
1 scoop protein powder (mine is chocolate)
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2-3/4 c milk
1/3 c oats
1 tbsp maple syrup
Mix it all together and cook in waffles maker (spray before you use it) and VOILA!
You have some super yummy and high protein waffles that are PERFECT for a post workout lifting session!
25-30 G protein – depending on your protein powder and milk!
