Buffalo Chicken Mason Jar Salads
Meal Prepping for this week, and these little gems were so incredibly easy to throw together!
BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD MASON JARS
Buffalo chicken {Instapot recipe}
Roasted butternut squash
Crumbled blue cheese
Tomatoes
Spinach and kale mix
My salad dressing is a simple vinagarette.

I can store these in the fridge and just dump them into a plate for lunches! Easy peasy and TONS of flavor!
The butternut squash I just roasted at 425 for 25 minutes. I tossed the cubed squash with some olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder. It comes out perfect overtime!
