Tomorrow kicks off three weeks of Melt Your Middle in my online faith and fitness accountability tribe! I always get SO excited when these focused groups kick off, because I know a mama’s life is about to C*H*A*N*G*E for the better!
I lived too long ENSLAVED to my poor nutrition choices, and just accepting that this was normal. Normal to be tired all the time. Normal to have raging hormones that wrecked my relationships. Normal to take cholesterol meds at 30 years of age.
But NONE of that was normal in God’s plan. Sister, if you haven’t been around here long enough to realize the truth that our culture has sold us a pack of LIES about our health, then it’s time to listen up!
God’s plan is BETTER than McDonald’s plan.. or Starbucks or Chick Fil A (although I love the Lord’s chicken too), or {insert current Fast Food stronghold habit you have}.
God made a PERFECT plan for our bodies and the food we put in them from WEEK 1 of creation!
So when women tell me they want to lose weight, burn fat, and build muscles, I say “I GOT YOU Friend!” Let’s start eating God’s food!
