What a GREAT weekend!
I was so spoiled by my coach this weekend as she treated us to a weekend retreat in Scottsdale, AZ… a place I had visited but got to see in new ways!
This was a retreat for top leaders in our health and fitness industry, which isn’t me bragging, but me giving all glory to God for what He has done in my life through coaching.
There was not a lot of “Scheduled” work. It was more of a celebration of our efforts in 2020! We ate out at the most amazing Mexican restaurant one night, hiked until we couldn’t anymore, and then we laid by the pool dreaming, sharing visions, struggles and ideas as we had our own private chef cook our meals! #dreamy
As I sat around with these women over meals, by the pool, and as we hiked God’s awesome creation, I was struck by how DIFFERENT we all are.
To give you an idea, these are all of our different professions before we became coaches!

Isn’t that WILD!?
The main thing we DO HAVE IN COMMON?
Grit… a strong desire to work hard, honor our families and make an impact with this gig called coaching.
Gosh! You could NEVER have told me 7 years ago this would be my life!
- A job and work I love.
- A community of women who don’t compare but BUILD me up!
- A team that I ADORE and love getting to mentor everyday.
- A body that is stronger and healthier at 40 than it was at 20!
- Waking up everyday to be mom to Henry and Milo and be more PRESENT with them than ever!
A deep deep passion and belief that there are other women out there who need this too!
And now I ask “WHY NOT YOU!?”
I never saw this opportunity coming. It was so unexpected for me, and I daily praise God for doing something that I never would have had the boldness to do unless someone else had invited me!
I can say WITHOUT A DOUBT that there is no better time to be a coach! Our company is growing and expanding, and it’s the women who start NOW that will see the biggest reward for their work!
