Crockpot Pumpkin Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Butter, softened
- 2 cups Steel Cut Oats
- 1 can (15 ounces) Pumpkin Puree
- 3½ cups Water
- 3½ cups Whole Milk
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Coconut Palm Sugar
- 1½ teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ½ teaspoon Real Salt
- Grease the inside of a crockpot with the softened butter.
- Add remaining ingredients to the crockpot and whisk together until well combined.
- Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve with toppings such as chopped pecans, cooked spiced apples, chia seeds, flax seeds, butter, etc.
